Dati che raccogliamo

Quando accedi con “Sign in with Apple” e usi le funzioni online, trattiamo:

• Identificativo utente Apple: per creare e identificare il tuo account.
• Email (se fornita da Apple e da te salvata): per la gestione dell'account.
• Riflessioni salvate: l'esercizio scelto, il pensiero da cui sei partito, le domande che l'app ha scritto per te e le tue risposte. Per gli esercizi facoltativi con i simboli, anche le carte estratte, la lente scelta e il testo generato.
• Dati di riflessione (facoltativi): il tuo stato d'animo prima e dopo un esercizio, le decisioni che registri, gli esiti e le note che scegli di annotare.
• Storico acquisti: i prodotti acquistati tramite In-App Purchase di Apple.
• Token di notifica: per inviarti notifiche push, se le attivi.

Non utilizziamo i dati per pubblicità né li condividiamo con terze parti a scopi di marketing o tracciamento.

Testi generati con intelligenza artificiale

Le domande di un esercizio sono scritte su misura per te: non sono un questionario fisso. Per generarle, il pensiero che hai scritto viene inviato — tramite il nostro server — ad Anthropic (modelli Claude), che agisce come fornitore del servizio AI. Lo stesso vale per il riepilogo finale, che rilegge le tue risposte. I dati inviati servono solo a generare il testo e non vengono usati da Anthropic per addestrare i propri modelli, secondo i suoi termini commerciali.

In alternativa, sui dispositivi compatibili puoi scegliere il motore Apple Intelligence (Profilo → Motore della riflessione): in quel caso il testo è generato interamente sul dispositivo e nessun contenuto viene inviato a servizi AI esterni.

Calendario

Il collegamento al calendario è facoltativo e in sola lettura: serve a proporti una breve riflessione di preparazione prima di un impegno. I tuoi eventi vengono letti solo sul dispositivo e non vengono mai inviati ai nostri server: al server arriva soltanto la domanda che vedi e confermi esplicitamente. Puoi revocare l'accesso in qualsiasi momento dalle Impostazioni di iOS.

Finalità e base giuridica

I dati sono trattati per fornire il servizio (esecuzione del contratto, art. 6.1.b GDPR): salvataggio delle riflessioni e del tuo percorso, generazione delle domande e dei riepiloghi, gestione delle riflessioni acquistate e dell'abbonamento, invio delle notifiche.

Dove sono conservati i dati

I dati sono ospitati su Back4App (Parse Server), che agisce come responsabile del trattamento. I pagamenti sono gestiti da Apple: non abbiamo accesso ai dati della tua carta.

Gli acquisti e lo stato dell'abbonamento sono gestiti tramite RevenueCat, che agisce come responsabile del trattamento. A RevenueCat arrivano l'identificativo del tuo account e i dati della transazione forniti da Apple: non riceve il tuo nome, la tua email, né nulla di ciò che scrivi nell'app.

Statistiche d'uso

Per capire quali esercizi vengono usati davvero e dove l'app si inceppa, raccogliamo un piccolo numero di statistiche d'uso anonime tramite PostHog, su server nell'Unione Europea (Francoforte).

Escono dall'app otto segnali soltanto, e contengono unicamente nomi fissi:

• quale schermata è stata aperta;
• quale esercizio di riflessione è stato avviato;
• quale esercizio è stato portato a termine;
• quando una riflessione viene salvata nel Diario;
• quando le domande su misura non sono disponibili, con una causa generica (rete, servizio, riflessioni esaurite, altro);
• quando un esercizio della Palestra dei Simboli viene completato;
• quando la presentazione iniziale viene completata;
• quando la schermata d'acquisto non riesce a caricare i prodotti, con una causa generica.

Non esce nulla di ciò che scrivi. Né il pensiero da cui parti, né le tue risposte, né le domande generate per te, né quali carte sono uscite. Non raccogliamo la posizione, non creiamo profili di persona e non registriamo lo schermo. Non c'è tracciamento tra app diverse o tra siti, e questi dati non sono collegati al tuo account.

Conservazione

Conserviamo i dati finché mantieni l'account. Puoi eliminare l'account in qualsiasi momento dall'app (Profilo → Elimina account): ciò cancella in modo permanente le tue riflessioni e i dati associati.

I tuoi diritti

Hai diritto di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione e portabilità dei dati (artt. 15–20 GDPR). Per esercitarli scrivi a [email protected].

Data we collect

When you sign in with “Sign in with Apple” and use the online features, we process:

• Apple user identifier: to create and identify your account.
• Email (if provided by Apple and saved by you): for account management.
• Saved reflections: the exercise you chose, the thought you started from, the questions the app wrote for you and your answers. For the optional symbol exercises, also the drawn cards, the lens you chose and the generated text.
• Reflection data (optional): your mood before and after an exercise, the decisions you record, their outcomes and any notes you choose to add.
• Purchase history: products bought via Apple In-App Purchase.
• Notification token: to send you push notifications, if you enable them.

We do not use your data for advertising, nor share it with third parties for marketing or tracking purposes.

AI-generated text

The questions in an exercise are written specifically for you — this is not a fixed questionnaire. To generate them, the thought you wrote is sent — through our server — to Anthropic (Claude models), acting as our AI service provider. The same applies to the closing summary, which reads back your own answers. The data sent is used only to generate the text and is not used by Anthropic to train its models, under its commercial terms.

Alternatively, on compatible devices you can choose the Apple Intelligence engine (Profile → Reflection engine): in that case the text is generated entirely on your device and nothing is sent to external AI services.

Calendar

The calendar connection is optional and read-only: it is used to suggest a short preparation reflection before a commitment. Your events are read on your device only and are never sent to our servers: only the question you see and explicitly confirm is transmitted. You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to provide the service (performance of contract, Art. 6.1.b GDPR): saving your reflections and your journey, generating the questions and summaries, managing purchased reflections and the subscription, sending notifications.

Where data is stored

Data is hosted on Back4App (Parse Server), acting as data processor. Payments are handled by Apple: we never have access to your card details.

Purchases and subscription status are handled through RevenueCat, acting as a data processor. RevenueCat receives your account identifier and the transaction data provided by Apple: it does not receive your name, your email, or anything you write in the app.

Usage statistics

To understand which exercises are actually used and where the app gets stuck, we collect a small number of anonymous usage statistics through PostHog, on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt).

Eight signals only leave the app, and they contain fixed names alone:

• which screen was opened;
• which reflection exercise was started;
• which exercise was carried through to the end;
• when a reflection is saved to the Journal;
• when tailored questions are unavailable, with a generic cause (network, service, no reflections left, other);
• when a Symbol Practice exercise is completed;
• when the introduction is completed;
• when the purchase screen cannot load the products, with a generic cause.

Nothing you write ever leaves the app. Not the thought you start from, not your answers, not the questions generated for you, not which cards came up. We do not collect location, we do not create person profiles and we do not record the screen. There is no tracking across apps or websites, and this data is not linked to your account.

Retention

We keep your data as long as you keep your account. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Delete account): this permanently deletes your reflections and associated data.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data (Arts. 15–20 GDPR). To exercise them, write to [email protected].
