Le due app

Download dei dati sui tassi

I tassi vengono scaricati da pagine pubbliche ospitate su GitHub Pages. Come per qualunque sito web, GitHub può registrare dati tecnici di connessione (ad esempio l'indirizzo IP) secondo la propria informativa sulla privacy. Le app non inviano alcun altro dato durante il download.

Notifiche push

Se scegli di attivare le notifiche, l'app registra presso il servizio Back4App (piattaforma Parse) due informazioni tecniche:

• il token APNs del dispositivo, generato da Apple, necessario per recapitare le notifiche;
• un identificatore anonimo di installazione, usato per gestire le consegne.

Questi dati non sono collegati alla tua identità e vengono usati esclusivamente per il funzionamento delle notifiche. Se rifiuti o disattivi le notifiche da Impostazioni, il token diventa inutilizzabile; puoi chiederne la cancellazione scrivendo al contatto qui sotto.

Dati salvati sul tuo dispositivo

Le app conservano localmente, nel proprio contenitore sandbox, solo la cache dei tassi scaricati (per il funzionamento offline), le tue preferenze e un contatore delle sessioni, usato solo per decidere quando proporti di valutare l'app; LiborX Light vi salva anche le scelte di consenso. Nulla di tutto questo viene trasmesso dalle app a terzi.

Statistiche d'uso

Per capire come vengono usate le app raccogliamo statistiche anonime tramite PostHog, su server nell'Unione Europea. Vengono registrati soltanto eventi dal nome fisso, decisi in anticipo:

• quale schermata viene aperta (mercati, globale, info, grafico di dettaglio);
• quale tasso viene aperto nel dettaglio (ad esempio SOFR o Term SOFR a 3 mesi);
• il cambio di intervallo sul grafico di un tasso;
• l'attivazione delle notifiche, contata una sola volta;
• il mancato aggiornamento dei dati, ridotto a una causa generica (rete o dati vuoti);
• solo in LiborX Light, l'esito delle due richieste di consenso (il modulo di Google e la richiesta di tracciamento di Apple): accettata, rifiutata o non necessaria. Non viene inviato alcun identificativo pubblicitario.

Ogni evento indica anche quale delle due app lo ha inviato. PostHog associa gli eventi a un identificatore casuale dell'installazione, non collegato a te né ad altri servizi, e riceve informazioni tecniche generiche (modello del dispositivo, versione di iOS e dell'app). Non viene registrata alcuna posizione: è disattivata anche la localizzazione approssimativa che PostHog ricaverebbe di norma dall'indirizzo IP. Nessun valore dei tassi viene inviato. Non c'è tracciamento tra app o siti diversi e queste statistiche non alimentano alcuna pubblicità. Vedi l'informativa privacy di PostHog.

Pubblicità — solo LiborX Light

LiborX Light è gratuita grazie agli annunci — un banner nelle schermate principali e occasionali annunci a schermo intero — serviti da Google AdMob. Per selezionare e misurare gli annunci, Google può trattare:

• l'identificatore pubblicitario (IDFA) del dispositivo — solo se autorizzi il tracciamento — e altri identificatori tecnici;
• l'indirizzo IP (che indica una posizione approssimativa) e informazioni tecniche sul dispositivo;
• dati di interazione con gli annunci (impressioni, tocchi).

Come Google tratta questi dati è descritto nell'informativa privacy di Google e nella pagina «Come Google utilizza i dati». L'app usa inoltre SKAdNetwork di Apple, il sistema che misura l'efficacia delle campagne in forma aggregata e anonima. Libor X non contiene nulla di tutto questo.

Il tuo consenso — solo LiborX Light

Al primo avvio, se ti trovi nello Spazio Economico Europeo o nel Regno Unito, l'app mostra il modulo di consenso di Google: puoi scegliere tra annunci personalizzati e annunci generici, non basati sui tuoi interessi. Puoi cambiare o revocare la scelta in ogni momento dal pulsante Opzioni privacy nella scheda Info dell'app.

Subito dopo, iOS mostra la richiesta di autorizzazione al tracciamento di Apple (App Tracking Transparency): se acconsenti, gli annunci possono usare l'identificatore pubblicitario (IDFA) del dispositivo; se rifiuti, l'IDFA non viene reso disponibile né condiviso e gli annunci restano non personalizzati. Puoi cambiare questa scelta in Impostazioni → Privacy e sicurezza → Tracciamento.

L'app funziona allo stesso modo qualunque scelta tu faccia: cambiano solo gli annunci, non le funzioni.

In short

Libor X and LiborX Light are apps by Fabrizio Bacchin, and this policy applies to both. The apps do not collect personal data: no accounts, no selling of data, only anonymous usage statistics that cannot identify you (if you enable push notifications, only anonymous technical data is registered — see below). Libor X contains no advertising at all. LiborX Light, the free version, shows Google AdMob ads and, in Europe, asks for your consent before requesting even a single ad.

The two apps

Rate data downloads

Rates are downloaded from public pages hosted on GitHub Pages. As with any website, GitHub may log technical connection data (such as your IP address) according to its own privacy statement. The apps send no other data during the download.

Push notifications

If you choose to enable notifications, the app registers two technical pieces of information with Back4App (a Parse platform):

• the device's APNs token, generated by Apple, required to deliver notifications;
• an anonymous installation identifier, used to manage deliveries.

This data is not linked to your identity and is used solely to make notifications work. If you decline or later disable notifications in Settings, the token becomes unusable; you can request its deletion by writing to the contact below.

Data stored on your device

The apps keep locally, inside their own sandbox container, only the cache of downloaded rates (for offline use), your preferences and a session counter, used only to decide when to ask you to rate the app; LiborX Light also stores your consent choices there. None of this is transmitted by the apps to third parties.

Usage statistics

To understand how the apps are used we collect anonymous statistics through PostHog, on servers in the European Union. Only events with fixed, predefined names are recorded:

• which screen is opened (markets, global, info, detail chart);
• which rate is opened in detail (for example SOFR or 3-month Term SOFR);
• a change of range on a rate chart;
• enabling notifications, counted only once;
• a failed data update, reduced to a generic cause (network or empty data);
• in LiborX Light only, the outcome of the two consent requests (Google's form and Apple's tracking request): accepted, refused or not needed. No advertising identifier is sent.

Each event also states which of the two apps sent it. PostHog links events to a random installation identifier, not tied to you or to any other service, and receives generic technical information (device model, iOS and app version). No location is recorded: we have also turned off the approximate location PostHog would normally derive from the IP address. No rate values are sent. There is no tracking across other apps or websites, and these statistics feed no advertising. See the PostHog privacy policy.

Advertising — LiborX Light only

LiborX Light is free thanks to ads — a banner on the main screens and occasional full-screen ads — served by Google AdMob. To select and measure ads, Google may process:

• the device's advertising identifier (IDFA) — only if you allow tracking — and other technical identifiers;
• the IP address (which indicates an approximate location) and technical device information;
• ad interaction data (impressions, taps).

How Google handles this data is described in the Google privacy policy and in “How Google uses information”. The app also uses Apple's SKAdNetwork, the system that measures campaign effectiveness in aggregate, anonymous form. Libor X contains none of this.

Your consent — LiborX Light only

At first launch, if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the app shows Google's consent form: you can choose between personalized ads and generic ads not based on your interests. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the Privacy options button in the app's Info tab.

Right after, iOS shows Apple's tracking permission request (App Tracking Transparency): if you allow it, ads may use the device's advertising identifier (IDFA); if you decline, the IDFA is not made available or shared and ads stay non-personalized. You can change this choice in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

The app works the same whatever you choose: only the ads change, never the features.

Your rights and contact

You may withdraw consent at any time (see above) and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. For any question about this policy write to [email protected]. To exercise your rights over data processed by Google, use the channels listed in Google's privacy policy.

Téléchargement des taux

Les taux sont téléchargés depuis des pages publiques hébergées sur GitHub Pages. Les applications n'envoient aucune autre donnée pendant le téléchargement.

Notifications

Les applications conservent localement, dans leur propre conteneur sandbox, uniquement le cache des taux téléchargés (pour le fonctionnement hors ligne), vos préférences et un compteur de sessions, utilisé seulement pour décider quand vous proposer de noter l'application ; LiborX Light y enregistre aussi vos choix de consentement. Rien de tout cela n'est transmis à des tiers par les applications.

Statistiques d'utilisation

Pour comprendre comment les applications sont utilisées, nous collectons des statistiques anonymes via PostHog, sur des serveurs situés dans l'Union européenne. Seuls des événements aux noms fixes, définis à l'avance, sont enregistrés :

• quel écran est ouvert (marchés, global, infos, graphique détaillé) ;
• quel taux est ouvert en détail (par exemple SOFR ou Term SOFR à 3 mois) ;
• le changement de période sur le graphique d'un taux ;
• l'activation des notifications, comptée une seule fois ;
• l'échec de mise à jour des données, réduit à une cause générique (réseau ou données vides) ;
• dans LiborX Light uniquement, l'issue des deux demandes de consentement (le formulaire de Google et la demande de suivi d'Apple) : acceptée, refusée ou non nécessaire. Aucun identifiant publicitaire n'est envoyé.

Chaque événement indique aussi laquelle des deux applications l'a envoyé. PostHog associe les événements à un identifiant d'installation aléatoire, qui n'est lié ni à vous ni à un autre service, et reçoit des informations techniques génériques (modèle de l'appareil, version d'iOS et de l'application). Aucune position n'est enregistrée : nous avons aussi désactivé la localisation approximative que PostHog déduirait normalement de l'adresse IP. Aucune valeur de taux n'est envoyée. Il n'y a aucun suivi entre applications ou sites, et ces statistiques n'alimentent aucune publicité. Voir la politique de confidentialité de PostHog.

Publicité — LiborX Light uniquement

LiborX Light est gratuite grâce aux annonces — une bannière sur les écrans principaux et, de temps en temps, des annonces plein écran — diffusées par Google AdMob. Pour sélectionner et mesurer les annonces, Google peut traiter :

• l'identifiant publicitaire (IDFA) de l'appareil — uniquement si vous autorisez le suivi — et d'autres identifiants techniques ;
• l'adresse IP (qui indique une position approximative) et des informations techniques sur l'appareil ;

Votre consentement — LiborX Light uniquement

Au premier lancement, si vous vous trouvez dans l'Espace économique européen ou au Royaume-Uni, l'application affiche le formulaire de consentement de Google : vous pouvez choisir entre des annonces personnalisées et des annonces génériques, non basées sur vos centres d'intérêt. Vous pouvez modifier ou retirer votre choix à tout moment avec le bouton Options de confidentialité dans l'onglet Infos de l'application.

Juste après, iOS affiche la demande d'autorisation de suivi d'Apple (App Tracking Transparency) : si vous acceptez, les annonces peuvent utiliser l'identifiant publicitaire (IDFA) de l'appareil ; si vous refusez, l'IDFA n'est ni rendu disponible ni partagé et les annonces restent non personnalisées. Vous pouvez modifier ce choix dans Réglages → Confidentialité et sécurité → Suivi.

L'application fonctionne de la même façon quel que soit votre choix : seules les annonces changent, jamais les fonctions.

Download der Zinsdaten

Die Zinssätze werden von öffentlichen Seiten auf GitHub Pages geladen. Wie bei jeder Website kann GitHub technische Verbindungsdaten (etwa die IP-Adresse) gemäß seiner eigenen Datenschutzerklärung protokollieren. Die Apps senden beim Download keine weiteren Daten.

Mitteilungen

Wenn Sie Mitteilungen aktivieren, registriert die App beim Dienst Back4App (Parse-Plattform) zwei technische Angaben:

• das APNs-Token des Geräts, von Apple erzeugt und für die Zustellung der Mitteilungen erforderlich;
• eine anonyme Installationskennung, die zur Verwaltung der Zustellungen dient.

Diese Daten sind nicht mit Ihrer Identität verknüpft und dienen ausschließlich dem Betrieb der Mitteilungen. Wenn Sie Mitteilungen ablehnen oder in den Einstellungen deaktivieren, wird das Token unbrauchbar; seine Löschung können Sie über den unten genannten Kontakt verlangen.

Auf Ihrem Gerät gespeicherte Daten

Die Apps speichern lokal, in ihrem eigenen Sandbox-Container, nur den Cache der geladenen Zinssätze (für die Offline-Nutzung), Ihre Einstellungen und einen Sitzungszähler, der nur dazu dient zu entscheiden, wann Sie um eine Bewertung der App gebeten werden; LiborX Light speichert dort außerdem Ihre Einwilligungsentscheidungen. Nichts davon wird von den Apps an Dritte übermittelt.

Nutzungsstatistiken

Um zu verstehen, wie die Apps genutzt werden, erfassen wir anonyme Statistiken über PostHog, auf Servern in der Europäischen Union. Aufgezeichnet werden ausschließlich Ereignisse mit festen, vorab bestimmten Namen:

• welcher Bildschirm geöffnet wird (Märkte, Global, Info, Detaildiagramm);
• welcher Zinssatz im Detail geöffnet wird (zum Beispiel SOFR oder Term SOFR für 3 Monate);
• ein Wechsel des Zeitraums im Diagramm eines Zinssatzes;
• die Aktivierung von Mitteilungen, nur einmal gezählt;
• eine fehlgeschlagene Datenaktualisierung, reduziert auf eine allgemeine Ursache (Netzwerk oder leere Daten);
• nur in LiborX Light das Ergebnis der beiden Einwilligungsabfragen (das Formular von Google und die Tracking-Anfrage von Apple): akzeptiert, abgelehnt oder nicht erforderlich. Es wird keine Werbe-ID übermittelt.

Jedes Ereignis gibt außerdem an, welche der beiden Apps es gesendet hat. PostHog ordnet die Ereignisse einer zufälligen Installationskennung zu, die weder mit Ihnen noch mit einem anderen Dienst verknüpft ist, und erhält allgemeine technische Angaben (Gerätemodell, iOS- und App-Version). Es wird kein Standort erfasst: Auch den ungefähren Standort, den PostHog normalerweise aus der IP-Adresse ableiten würde, haben wir deaktiviert. Es werden keine Zinswerte übermittelt. Werbung — nur LiborX Light

LiborX Light ist dank Anzeigen kostenlos — ein Banner auf den Hauptbildschirmen und gelegentliche Vollbildanzeigen —, die von Google AdMob ausgeliefert werden. Um Anzeigen auszuwählen und zu messen, kann Google Folgendes verarbeiten:

• die Werbekennung (IDFA) des Geräts — nur wenn Sie das Tracking erlauben — und weitere technische Kennungen;
• die IP-Adresse (die einen ungefähren Standort angibt) und technische Geräteinformationen;
• Daten zur Interaktion mit Anzeigen (Einblendungen, Tipps).

Wie Google diese Daten verarbeitet, ist in der Datenschutzerklärung von Google und auf der Seite „Wie Google Daten verwendet“ beschrieben. Die App verwendet außerdem Apples SKAdNetwork, das System, das die Wirksamkeit von Kampagnen aggregiert und anonym misst. Libor X enthält nichts davon.

Ihre Einwilligung — nur LiborX Light

Beim ersten Start zeigt die App, wenn Sie sich im Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum oder im Vereinigten Königreich befinden, das Einwilligungsformular von Google: Sie können zwischen personalisierten Anzeigen und allgemeinen Anzeigen wählen, die nicht auf Ihren Interessen beruhen. Sie können Ihre Wahl jederzeit ändern oder widerrufen — über die Schaltfläche Datenschutzoptionen im Tab Info der App.

Direkt danach zeigt iOS die Apple-Abfrage zur Tracking-Erlaubnis (App Tracking Transparency): Wenn Sie zustimmen, dürfen Anzeigen die Werbekennung (IDFA) des Geräts nutzen; wenn Sie ablehnen, wird die IDFA weder bereitgestellt noch geteilt und die Anzeigen bleiben nicht personalisiert. Sie können diese Wahl unter Einstellungen → Datenschutz & Sicherheit → Tracking ändern.

Die App funktioniert unabhängig von Ihrer Wahl gleich: Es ändern sich nur die Anzeigen, nie die Funktionen.

• una actualización de datos fallida, reducida a una causa genérica (red o datos vacíos);
• solo en LiborX Light, el resultado de las dos solicitudes de consentimiento (el formulario de Google y la solicitud de seguimiento de Apple): aceptada, rechazada o no necesaria. No se envía ningún identificador publicitario.

Cada evento indica también cuál de las dos apps lo envió. PostHog asocia los eventos a un identificador de instalación aleatorio, que no está vinculado a ti ni a ningún otro servicio, y recibe información técnica genérica (modelo del dispositivo, versión de iOS y de la app). No se registra ninguna ubicación: hemos desactivado también la ubicación aproximada que PostHog deduciría normalmente de la dirección IP. No se envía ningún valor de los tipos. No hay seguimiento entre apps o sitios, y estas estadísticas no alimentan ninguna publicidad. Consulta la política de privacidad de PostHog.

Publicidad — solo LiborX Light

LiborX Light es gratuita gracias a los anuncios — un banner en las pantallas principales y, de vez en cuando, anuncios a pantalla completa — servidos por Google AdMob. Para seleccionar y medir los anuncios, Google puede tratar:

• el identificador publicitario (IDFA) del dispositivo — solo si permites el seguimiento — y otros identificadores técnicos;

Tu consentimiento — solo LiborX Light

Puedes cambiar o retirar tu elección en cualquier momento con el botón Opciones de privacidad en la pestaña Info de la app.

Justo después, iOS muestra la solicitud de autorización de seguimiento de Apple (App Tracking Transparency): si aceptas, los anuncios pueden usar el identificador publicitario (IDFA) del dispositivo; si rechazas, el IDFA no se pone a disposición ni se comparte y los anuncios siguen siendo no personalizados. Puedes cambiar esta elección en Ajustes → Privacidad y seguridad → Seguimiento.

La app funciona igual sea cual sea tu elección: solo cambian los anuncios, nunca las funciones.

Puedes retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento (ver arriba) y presentar una reclamación ante tu autoridad de protección de datos. Para ejercer tus derechos sobre los datos tratados por Google, utiliza los canales indicados en la política de privacidad de Google.
